Sulfo-Cy3 diacid TEA is a highly water-soluble sulfonated Cyanine 3 fluorescent dye core precursor. After EDC/NHS activation, Sulfo-Cy3 diacid TEA can be conjugated with primary amines for the labeling of proteins, antibodies, peptides, and nucleic acids. Sulfo-Cy3 diacid TEA can also be used to modify nanomaterials, magnetic beads, and liposomes for the preparation of fluorescent nanoprobes and the labeling of solid-phase carriers.
