Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In five-week-old Apcmin mice, SSTC3 (10 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection, for 1 month) inhibited the growth of tumors driven by Apc mutation.
• In Vitro:
  In colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines, the results of SSTC3 (0-1 μM; 5 days) indicate that SSTC3 decreased cell viability.
