  Treatment with SR0987 leads to a significant decrease in the surface expression of PD-1, while desmosterol shows no impact on this parameter. Co-treatment with SR0987 and desmosterol suggests a potential increase in IL17 production. Additionally, SR0987 exhibits a concentration-dependent stimulation of reporter gene expression, achieving an effective concentration (EC50) of approximately 800nM.
