SPSB2-iNOS inhibitory cyclic peptide-1TFA is the TFA salt form of SPSB2-iNOS inhibitory cyclic peptide-1. This peptide inhibits the interaction between SOCS-box protein 2 (SPSB2) and iNOS by binding to the iNOS site on the SPRY domain with a KD of 4.4 nM. It is resistant to pepsin, trypsin, and α-chymotrypsin and remains stable in human plasma and oxidative environments.
