Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Western blot analysis. Cell line: PC3 and LNCap cells. Concentration: 0-80 μM. Incubation time: 48 h. Result: Increased the expressions of cleaved caspase 3, cleaved caspase 9, Bax protein, LC3II/LC3I ration and Beclin 1.Decreased the the expressions of Bax protein and p62.
