SIRT6-IN-3 (8a) is a selective SIRT6 inhibitor (IC50 = 7.49 µM) that suppresses proliferation and induces apoptosis in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cells. It synergizes with gemcitabine by inhibiting DNA damage repair, making it a useful chemical probe for studying pancreatic cancer biology in vitro.
