Description

SeSA-HCPT is an orally active dual-target inhibitor with activity against both Topo I and HDAC. It induces significant DNA damage, apoptosis, and S-phase arrest in prostate cancer cells. Additionally, SeSA-HCPT can inhibit the proliferation and migration of cancer cells. It damages homologous recombination by inhibiting the KIF4A-RAD51 signaling pathway. Moreover, SeSA-HCPT significantly suppresses CRPC tumor growth with minimal systemic toxicity.
