Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In an orthotopic mouse xenograft breast tumor model, SDU-071 (250 mg/kg, gavage, Once a day for 21 days) showed good antitumor activity.
• In Vitro:
  SDU-071 is a novel BRD4-p53 inhibitor. SDU-071 (10 μM, 24 h) inhibits the interaction of BRD4 with p53 tumor suppressor.
