SB02024 is a VPS34 inhibitor that blocks autophagy, activates cGAS-STING signaling, and sensitizes tumors to STING agonists. It demonstrates efficacy in reducing breast cancer xenograft growth and, in vitro, significantly enhances the cytotoxicity of Sunitinib and Erlotinib in monolayer and spheroid models of MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells.
