Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Methods: Alveolar macrophages (AMs) were treated with SB 706504 (3 μM, 0.5 hours), and the TNFα protein levels in the cell culture supernatant were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunoadsorption assay (ELISA). Results: SB 706504 significantly reduced the protein levels of TNFα.
