Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Sandranol increases cAMP levels in a concentration-dependent manner, reduces cAMP levels by inhibiting adenylate cyclase, and triggers an increase in intracellular Ca2+ concentration. Treatment with Sandranol (50-700μM; 24 or 48 hours) significantly reduces cell viability, proliferation, and migration, and induces limited apoptosis .
