Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  For 100 μM Sagittatoside A, the zebrafish mortality rate at 4 dpf was 16.7%.
• In Vitro:
  In Sagittatoside A (24h) treatment, the expression of Bax, caspase-9 and caspase-3 in HepG2 cells increased in a concentration-dependent manner, while the expression of Bcl-2 decreased.
