Description

RMC-4791 is a RAS(ON) multi-selective tri-complex inhibitor (TCI) that binds to the KRAS switch II region differently from daraxonrasib, with lower dependency on the Y64 site. Therefore, RMC-4791 maintains good inhibitory activity in KRAS models carrying Y64 resistance mutations and effectively inhibits ERK signaling and cell proliferation, demonstrating the potential to overcome daraxonrasib resistance.
