Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  RJW100 (compound 24-exo) treatment significantly increases small/short heterodimer partner (SHP) transcripts in a dose-dependent manner starting at 5 µM. It almost completely displaces bound PIP2 phospholipid from SF-1 at 1 µM. Using hLRH-1 LBD alone without any phospholipids, a clear dose-dependent shift in hLRH-1 LBD native PAGE migration is observed with RJW100 (compound 24-exo; 0-100 µM) binding. RJW100 strongly activates the miR-200c promoter and effectively downregulates ZEB1 and ZEB2 proteins.
