rel-MDM2/4-p53-IN-3 is a potent dual inhibitor of the MDM2-p53 and MDM4-p53 interactions with IC50 values of 18.5 nM and 14.8 nM, respectively. This small molecule is a valuable research tool for investigating p53 reactivation in cancer models, including in vitro and in vivo studies of colon cancer.
