The mechanism of action involves downregulation of TLR4 expression, inhibition of JNK phosphorylation, and suppression of NF-κB activation, thereby reducing the expression of iNOS and COX-2 and consequently decreasing the production of inflammatory mediators such as NO, PGE₂, and TNF-α.
