Recombinant Treponema pallidum/TP TPP15 & tmpA & TPP47 Protein, C-His is produced in E. coli and supplied in lyophilized form. The protein includes the regions of TPP15 (Ser19-Arg141) + tmpA (Gly20-Arg345) + TPP47 (Gly21-Gln434) and carries the C-His tag. With a molecular weight of 114.54 kDa, it is suitable for ELISA, SDS-PAGE and WB applications. This product is lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1mM EDTA, 4% trehalose, 1% mannitol and has a purity of greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
