Recombinant Human CD169/SIGLEC1 Protein, C-Fc is produced in Mammalian Cells and supplied in lyophilized form. The protein includes the regions of Met1-Gln1641 and carries the C-Fc tag. With a molecular weight of 201.59 kDa, it is suitable for ELISA, SDS-PAGE and WB applications. This product is lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1mM EDTA, 4% trehalose, 1% mannitol and has a purity of greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
