Rac1 Inhibitor F56, control peptide acetate is an inactive control for the Rac1 Inhibitor NSC23766. It consists of residues 45-60 of Rac1 with a Trp56Phe substitution and does not disrupt GEF-Rac1 interactions. This peptide is used as a negative control in both in vitro and cellular assays studying Rho GTPase signaling pathways.
