Description

(Rac)-Indoximod (1-Methyl-DL-tryptophan) is a potent IDO inhibitor. In combination with IFN-γ, it suppresses human cardiac myofibroblast activity and induces apoptosis via upregulation of IRF-1, Fas, and FasL, demonstrating anti-fibrotic effects in cardiac research.
