Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  The reduction of (R)-(-)-rolipram on cAMP hydrolysis and the increasement of adenylyl cyclase activator forskolin on cAMP synthesis in a dose-dependent manner inhibits caspase-1 cleavage and IL-1β secretion.
