PROTACHDACdegrader-2 TFA is the trifluoroacetate salt of PROTACHDACdegrader-2, a selective PROTAC degrader for class IIb HDACs, with DC50 values of 13 nM and 29 nM for HDAC6 and HDAC10, respectively. It demonstrates low cytotoxicity against blood and solid tumor cell lines and is used for chemical knockdown of class IIb HDACs.
