PROTAC BTK Degrader-13

SKU: orb2945030

Description

PROTAC BTK Degrader-13 is a bifunctional degrader that potently depletes BTK (DC50=0.27 µM) and inhibits its kinase activity (IC50=0.44 µM). It also suppresses ITK and p38 MAPK, blocking BCR signaling, making it a useful chemical probe for studying B-cell malignancies and autoimmune disorders in vitro.
