Description

PROTAC BRM/BRG1 degrader-3 (compound 304) is a potent, cell-permeable molecular glue that selectively degrades the SWI/SNF ATPase subunits BRM and BRG1. It demonstrates sub-nanomolar DC50 for BRM degradation in SW1573 cells and inhibits proliferation of A549 lung cancer cells with an IC50 of 0.6 nM, supporting its use in oncology research for probing chromatin remodeling and cancer cell growth.
