Prostratin is a potent, orally bioavailable PKC activator (Ki=12.5 nM) that induces NF-κB and HIV expression. It exhibits anti-leukemic activity by inhibiting AML cell growth and enhancing cytarabine-induced differentiation, and it suppresses KRAS-mutated tumor growth through KRAS phosphorylation.
