Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In adult cats immobilized by D-tubocurarine, Propanidid (3-5 mg/kg; injected into the femoral vein; single dosage) reliably induced a change of 47.6 ± 5.6 degrees in the preferred orientation of 60% of neurons in the primary visual cortex, while in the remaining cells, the orientation remained stable throughout all stages of anesthesia.
