Description

PP5-IN-2 is a selective, orally bioavailable PP5 inhibitor (IC50=0.9 µM) that activates p53, downregulates cyclin D1 and MGMT, and reverses TMZ resistance in U87 MG cells. It has also shown efficacy in inhibiting tumor growth in xenograft mouse models, supporting its use in cancer research, particularly for studying glioblastoma and chemotherapy resistance.
