PMED-1 is a β-catenin inhibitor that disrupts its interaction with CREB-binding protein, suppressing Wnt signaling and cell proliferation in hepatoblastoma and hepatocellular carcinoma cells (IC50 4.87-32 μM). It is a research tool for studying oncogenic β-catenin signaling in both in vitro and in vivo cancer models.
