Pixatimod (PG-545) is a synthetic heparan sulfate mimetic and TLR9 agonist with demonstrated immunostimulatory, antitumor, and antiviral activity. It inhibits SARS-CoV-2 entry and suppresses tumor progression in numerous preclinical in vivo models, showing combinatory potential with various chemotherapies and immunotherapies.
