Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Methods: PC12 cells were treated with Pinobanksin (0.1-1 mg/mL, 24 hours), and cell viability and ROS content were measured by MTT assay. Results: The survival rate of PC12 cells exceeded 85%, and Pinobanksin showed no significant toxicity. It could also reduce the intracellular ROS level by 31.82% at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, demonstrating the intracellular antioxidant effect of Pinobanksin.
