Description

PI3K-IN-47 (Compound 27) is a highly potent bivalent PI3K inhibitor with low nanomolar IC50 values against all PI3K isoforms, most notably 0.44 nM for PI3Kα. It demonstrates robust anti-cancer activity in vitro by inhibiting colony formation, migration, and inducing G1 arrest, and has shown efficacy in suppressing tumor growth in HGC-27 xenograft models in vivo.
