• In Vivo:

  PHPS1 (30 μM; 6 days) inhibits human tumor cell proliferation, and at concentrations of 5-20 μM (5-360 minutes), it inhibits Erk1/2 phosphorylation in a dose-dependent manner without affecting Akt and Stat3 phosphorylation.
