Phalloidin-FITC is a green-fluorescent probe that selectively binds to filamentous actin (F-actin), enabling visualization of the cytoskeleton. It is widely used in both fixed-cell microscopy and, with appropriate delivery methods, in vivo imaging studies to investigate cell morphology, motility, and structural dynamics.
