In experiments with bovine adrenal cell membranes, 125I-AII labeled these two binding sites: approximately 85% were DuP-753-sensitive, exhibiting high affinity for DuP-753 IC50 of 92.9 nM) and unaffected by PD 123319 ditrifluoroacetate the remaining sites were highly sensitive to PD 123319 ditrifluoroacetate IC50 of 6.9 nM) but showed very low affinity for DuP-753 IC50 around 10 µM).
