Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  PBRM (15 mg/kg orally) effectively reversed T-47D tumor growth. The half-life of PBRM (14.7 mg/kg subcutaneous injection) in mice was T1/2= 3.4 hours, clearance CL = 2088 mL/h kg, distribution volume Vz = 10.3 L/kg, absolute bioavailability F = 65%.
• In Vitro:
  PBRM (0.1-10 μM) inhibited the formation of 5-diol from DHEA by T-47D cells in a dose-dependent manner with IC50 = 0.77 μM.
