Description

PARP1/ERK IN-1 is a dual inhibitor of PARP1 and ERK, with an IC50 of 0.9 nM for PARP1 and 1.8 nM for ERK2. It effectively suppresses the proliferation and migration of various cancer cell lines while inducing apoptosis and DNA damage. In mouse models of colorectal cancer, PARP1/ERK IN-1 inhibits tumor growth and reduces the expression of Ki‑67, BRCA1, and Rad51. This compound is applicable for research in colorectal cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
