Description

Pachypodol is a methoxyflavonoid from Pogostemon cablin with antioxidant and cytoprotective properties. It inhibits CaCo-2 colon cancer cell growth in vitro and, in neonatal rats, protects against anesthesia-induced neuroapoptosis via JNK/ERK modulation. It also exhibits PDGFRα kinase inhibitory activity in macrophages stimulated with STING agonists.
