• In Vivo:
  In the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model, Ozanimod hydrochloride (0.05, 0.2, or 1 mg/kg; oral gavage; once daily; for 14 consecutive days) alleviated weight loss, with significantly reduced terminal disease scores observed in the 0.2 and 1 mg/kg dose groups. Moreover, cell counts were significantly reduced in all dose groups.
