Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Oxymorphone hydrochloride (1 mg/kg; i.v.; once) reduced the number of MAMP-induced c-Fos-positive cells . Oxymorphone hydrochloride (1 mg/kg; i.v.; 20 min after microtoxin treatment) ameliorated the decrease in female preference induced by the combination of microtoxin and (+)-SKF-10,047 .
