• In Vitro:
  In rat brain and spleen membranes, OMDM-2 exhibited low affinity for CB1 receptors (Ki = 5.1 μM) and even lower affinity for CB2 receptors (Ki > 10 μM). In calcium imaging experiments using intact cells overexpressing homo sapiens VR1 (TRPV1), OMDM-2 showed almost no activity at vanilloid receptors (EC₅₀ = 10 μM). In membranes of rat neuroblastoma cell line N18TG2, OMDM-2 demonstrated no inhibitory effect on fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) (Ki > 50 μM) .
