Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  O-Desmethylangolensin and equol did not affect lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release but showed inhibition of cell growth at higher concentrations (<75 µM).O-Desmethylangolensin reduced the growth of approximately 30% of HepG2 cells at a concentration of 75 µM.
