Norswertianin (12.5-50 μM; 48 hours) stimulats expression of GFAP and β-tubulin in U251 cells. Norswertianin (40 μM; 48 hours) causes the appearance of elongated processes in U251 cells, associated with G2/M cell cycle arrest. Norswertianin (40 μM; 48 hours) exhibits an increase in intracellular acidification and LC3 conversion.
