Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Niga-ichigoside F1 (2.5, 5, 10, and 20 μM, 24 hours) dose-dependently inhibited lipid accumulation in free fatty acid (FFA)-treated HepG2 cells, with no significant effect on cell viability . In the control group, Niga-ichigoside F1 (20 μM)-treated group, free fatty acid (1 mM)-treated group, and Niga-ichigoside F1 combined with free fatty acid-treated Nrf2-silenced cells, the expression levels of Nrf2 in both the nucleus and cytoplasm were downregulated .
