Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Myricetin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (30 μM, 14 days) can inhibit the accumulation of triglycerides (TG) and free fatty acids (FFA) in mature 3T3-L1 cells. Meanwhile, this compound suppresses the mRNA expression levels of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ), CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein α (CEBP/α), and adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein (ap2) .
