Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Mulberroside F (IC50=0.29 μg/ml) and Kojic acid (IC50=1.30 μg/mL) both exhibited strong inhibitory activity against tyrosinase. After treatment with Mulberroside F, the tyrosinase activity in the HM3KO cell line also showed a decreasing trend, and this trend correlated with the inhibition pattern of Agaricus campestris tyrosinase. Mulberroside F (68.3 μg/mL) could inhibit mammalian tyrosinase activity by 50% .
