The Mouse TNF Alpha/Tumor necrosis factor Quick ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant Mouse Tnf in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). The kit has a detection range of 15.6 pg/ml - 1,000 pg/ml (cell culture supernatants), 7.8 pg/ml - 500 pg/ml (mouse serum, plasma) and a sensitivity of <1 pg/ml. The standard protein is expressed in E.coli, and the immunogen corresponds to the L80-L235 sequence of Mouse TNF Alpha/Tumor necrosis factor.
