The Mouse CCL27/CTACK ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant mouse CCL27 in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). The kit has a detection range of 62.5 pg/ml - 4,000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <12 pg/ml. The standard protein is expressed in E.coli, and the immunogen corresponds to the L26-N120 sequence of Mouse CCL27/CTACK.
