• In Vitro:
  METHODS: Cell lines (MDA-MB-468, HCT116,Colo-205, MDA-MB-231, A375) were treated with ML-792 (1 nM -10 μM) for 72 hours. Cell viability was determined using the CellTiter-Glo viability assay. RESULTS ML-792 showed a dose-dependent viability effect in all cell lines tested, with an EC50 value of 0.06 μM in MDA-MB-468 cells and 0.45 μM in A375 cells.
