Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Miclxin (0-15 μM; 48 h) inhibits growth in both β-catenin mutant HCT116 cells and isogenic HCT116 cells (CTNNB1 Δ45/-), and at (10 μM; 24 h) induces apoptosis in HCT116 cells.
