MI-2-2 inhibits the bivalent fragment of MLL, consisting of MBM1 and MBM2, with an IC50 of 520 nM. It effectively suppresses cell proliferation, differentiation, and Hoxa9 expression. Additionally, MI-2-2 shows significant activity at low micromolar concentrations in BMCs transformed with MLL-AF9 and in MV4.
